Become a Partner: Step-by-step Process

Organizations seeking partnership with eMicrocredit are subject to eMicrocredit's due diligence and approval process.

Make sure you understand the eMicrocredit Model. Ensure you are able to fulfill eMicrocredit's operational requirements and fit the minimum partnership criteria.

Please allow up to 6 weeks between the date when your profile is submitted and the date you are contacted directly by eMicrocredit.

If your organization is determined to be a good fit for eMicrocredit's criteria and priorities, we will provide you with eMicrocredit application.

Please note, fitting the minimum partnership criteria does not guarantee your organization will receive an application for partnership.

Documentation required or preferred by eMicrocredit:

  • Audited financial statements,
  • Ratings/evaluations,
  • CV's, bios or resumes of key personnel,
  • Financial/portfolio reports, and
  • Strategic/business plan.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for eMicrocredit to conduct the due diligence and approval process. To speed up the partnership review process, please make sure you have included all necessary documentation prior to sending the application to eMicrocredit for review.

If your organization is not approved for Field Partnership, eMicrocredit will contact you with an explanation and recommended steps to approval.

If your organization is approved as a Partner Company, eMicrocredit will work with you to finalize all partnership documentation and schedule a training session.

Additionally, eMicrocredit will outline your risk rating and monthly fundraising limits.

You can expect up to 6 weeks to finalize documentation and participate in a training session.

If approved for partnership, your organization will participate in a Pilot Program to become familiarized with the eMicrocredit model, tools and resources.

Your organization will be able to fundraise via the eMicrocredit platform, at a reduced amount.

eMicrocredit will provide ongoing assistance and guidance during the Pilot Program.

After a successful Pilot phase, your organization may begin fundraising up to your monthly limit via the eMicrocredit platform!

Your eMicrocredit Partnerships Manager will provide ongoing guidance and assistance during your relationship with eMicrocredit.
