FAQ: Managing Your Account

Step 1: Log into your eMicrocredit account. Click your username at the top (right hand side) of the page for a drop down menu to appear.

Step 3: Click “Edit preferences.”

Step 4: Enter your new email address, and click "Save."

Select "I forgot my password" at the top (right hand side) of the www.eMicrocredit.net home page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

You can see your activity history at any time by logging into your eMicrocredit account and clicking your use name and then "My profile" on the top right side of the page. This will list your entire activity history..

You can log into your eMicrocredit Account at any time to view the loans in your profile. Simply log into your account and click "My profile." If you click on the name of a project you can view that project's profile page, which will display any entries posted for that project.

We are constantly working to make the system more transparent to show how money flows throughout the entire cycle, and what effect it has on the people and institutions lending it, borrowing it, and managing it along the way.

Log into your eMicrocredit account, click “Projects” and then click on the name of the project you have loaned to and you’d like to comment on -- its tasks, cases, milestones, to-do lists, tickets, profiles, blogs, and files. For example, click Blog, scroll down toward the bottom and click the comment link. Enter the details of your comment and then click “submit new comment” to post it.
